Wayland is the birthplace of SADD. Originally SADD started as Students Against Drunk Driving, but now it has transitioned to Students Against Destructive Decisions. We focus on all issues centered around health and wellness including; substance use/abuse, mental health issues, safe driving and many more. We aim to create fun programing centered around healthy decision making that gives students opportunity for leadership as well as creativity. Past programs have included: The Halloween Dance, Distractology, Fall Festival, and Mock Car Crash. We meet every Wednesday after school in room 218, everyone is welcome anytime!
